Job Description:

Blue Recruitment Personnel is seeking reliable and hardworking Distribution Centre Operatives to join a busy team in Leicester.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
Load and unload goods as required
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Assist with stock control and inventory checks

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution centre preferred but not essential
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Team player with a strong work ethic
Willingness to work flexible shifts
