Service Technician

Blue Recruitment Personnel is recruiting for a Service Technician role in the Epsom area, with a salary of £36,000 to £39,000 and an OTE of up to £42,000. 

This is an urgent opportunity for an experienced motor trade technician seeking a Monday-to-Friday role with an immediate start.

The Role:

This is a hands-on workshop position focused on servicing and PDI work on new cars. 

You will be working as part of a busy team, maintaining strong standards of workmanship, efficiency and customer care.

We are also open to considering a strong Level 2 Technician with a proven pathway to complete Level 3.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday, daytime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and PDI work on new vehicles.
• Identify faults accurately and repair vehicles to a high standard.
• Work efficiently to dealership and workshop standards.
• Keep accurate records of completed work.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Use own tools and follow all workshop procedures.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification as a Vehicle Technician, or strong Level 2 with progression path to Level 3.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own tools.
• Experience carrying out servicing and pre-delivery inspections.
• Good attention to detail and a professional approach to work.

Suitable Experience:

This role will suit a Vehicle Technician or Service Technician with experience in a main dealer, independent garage or fleet environment.
