We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to run a site in Northampton and lead a team of 13–20 colleagues.
Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00.
You will own day-to-day warehouse operations, manage goods-in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, and ensure the site meets KPIs and SLAs.
Full accountability for the site P&L, budgets and cost control; manage facilities, suppliers and consumables; plan resources to match changing volumes; and work with internal teams to meet customer and commercial requirements.
Use WMS data to identify issues and deliver continuous improvement projects that increase productivity and reduce costs.
The role demands strong people leadership, excellent communication and organisation, a practical management style and proven experience running a warehouse or distribution operation (experience with bespoke/complex WMS is a plus). Commercial focus, a solid understanding of warehouse KPIs/processes, and the confidence to perform in a fast-growing environment are essential.
