What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading day-to-day kitchen operations

What You’ll Need

• Previous Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience

• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills

• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene

• Ability to work well under pressure

• A passion for quality and presentation
