Blue Recruitment Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service in the Manchester Area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong care professional who is ready to take ownership of service quality, compliance, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day management of a domiciliary care service.
• Ensure the service remains fully compliant with CQC standards and wider regulatory requirements.
• Oversee care planning, assessments, reviews, and service delivery.
• Support, develop, and motivate care staff to deliver high-quality person-centred care.
• Manage audits, quality assurance, safeguarding, and operational performance.
• Work closely with families, professionals, and internal teams to maintain excellent standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in adult domiciliary care.
• Previous experience working as a Registered Manager.
• Strong understanding of CQC compliance and care quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a busy service and drive continuous improvement.
