Registered Manager – Children's Home

Role Overview

Blue Recruitment Personnel is looking for an experienced and confident leader to take the helm of an already-established, fully Ofsted-registered four-bed residential home in Harrow on the Hill, supporting children with learning disabilities. 

Following a change in management arrangements, this home needs someone who can walk in, steady the ship, and keep standards of care exceptional from day one.

This isn’t a start-from-scratch project — it’s a fully set up, fully equipped facility ready for a strong Registered Manager to lead it forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading a four-bed residential home dedicated to supporting children with learning disabilities

• Upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and regulatory compliance

• Managing and motivating a team to deliver outstanding outcomes for residents

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of a fully equipped home

What You’ll Need

• At least three years of leadership experience within children’s homes

• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (held or in progress)

• Specific expertise working with children with learning disabilities

• A strong, current understanding of Ofsted regulations
