RICS Surveyor

Blue Recruitment Personnel is recruiting for an experienced RICS Surveyor specialising in Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys across Kent. 

This is a strong opportunity for a qualified surveyor looking for varied work, good earning potential, and a client-facing role in a busy residential market.

The Role:

You will carry out detailed residential property inspections and produce clear, professional survey reports for a range of clients. 

The role suits a confident surveyor who can work independently, manage their own diary, and deliver accurate advice on property condition and potential defects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys on a range of properties.
• Produce clear, concise and professional reports within agreed timescales.
• Identify defects, maintenance issues, and areas of concern.
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally to clients.
• Manage appointments and organise your own workload effectively.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer service.

Requirements:

• RICS qualified with proven experience in residential surveying.
• Strong background in Level 2 and Level 3 surveys.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident working independently and meeting deadlines.
• Good knowledge of the Kent residential property market.
• Professional, organised, and client-focused approach.

Suitable Experience:

This role would suit a Chartered Surveyor or Registered Valuer with hands-on experience in homebuyer reports, building surveys, and pre-purchase residential inspections. 

Experience across a range of property types in Kent will be highly beneficial.
