RICS Surveyor

Blue Recruitment Personnel is recruiting for an experienced RICS Surveyor specialising in Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys across London. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified surveyor looking for a varied, client-facing role with strong earning potential.

The Role:

You will carry out detailed residential property inspections and produce clear, professional survey reports for a range of clients. 

The position is ideal for a surveyor who is confident working independently, managing a busy diary, and delivering accurate advice on property condition and potential defects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys on a variety of properties.

• Produce thorough, well-structured reports within agreed deadlines.

• Identify defects, maintenance issues, and areas of concern.

• Communicate findings clearly and professionally to clients.

• Manage your own schedule and appointments effectively.

• Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer service.

Requirements:

• RICS qualified with proven experience in residential surveying.

• Strong background in Level 2 and Level 3 surveys.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Confident working independently and meeting deadlines.

• Good knowledge of the London residential property market.

• Professional, organised, and client-focused approach.

Suitable Experience:

This role would suit a Chartered Surveyor or Registered Valuer with hands-on experience in homebuyer reports, building surveys, and pre-purchase residential inspections.  Experience dealing with a range of property types across London will be highly beneficial.
